Nysonian Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for our brand portfolio. This role owns the top of the sales funnel: identifying targets, running outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our account management team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales development, outbound sales, or a similar prospecting role; retail or consumer goods experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with cold outreach
• Resilient and self-motivated, able to handle rejection and stay consistent with activity volume

Responsibilities

• Research and build lists of potential wholesale and B2B partners across target markets
• Run outbound outreach via call, email, and other channels to generate interest
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against target criteria before handoff
• Book discovery meetings for the account management team
• Follow structured call flows and discovery guides, and help improve them over time
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect and outreach activity in our CRM
• Support trade show and event lead generation and follow-up
• Report regularly on outreach activity and pipeline progress
