The role emphasizes English fluency, resilience, and familiarity with agency offerings such as SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, and web development.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken English with confident phone presence.
• High resilience and strong work ethic.
• Experience in US outbound BPO campaigns or digital marketing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• High-volume dialing: 500–600 outbound dials daily using auto-dialer.
• Engage with US business owners, identify pain points, qualify intent.
• Warm handoffs to Closers, transfer 3–5 qualified leads daily.
