Allure Digital is seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative for on-site work in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. You will proactively reach out to US-based prospects via phone, email, and other channels to present digital marketing services and generate qualified leads.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, excellent English communication, and strong prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in tech or services.
• Strong written and spoken English with US market experience a plus.
• Ability to build targeted prospect lists and conduct multi-channel outreach.

Responsabilités

• Identify US-based businesses and decision-makers for outreach.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails and social channels.
• Create personalized messages to start meaningful conversations.
• Maintain CRM records and update activity regularly.
• Track outreach results and contribute to sales reporting.
