Ironclad Tech in Rawalpindi District, Pakistan, is hiring a Fronter / Cold Calling Agent on a full-time, on-site basis. You will initiate outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for senior sales teams across global clients.

The role requires strong English communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to meet daily targets while representing Ironclad Tech’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clear spoken English.
• Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Familiarity with CRM or call center software and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage call queues and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Professionalism, resilience, and adherence to scripts and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up conversations for senior sales teams.
• Manage call lists, follow scripts, and comply with guidelines.
• Update CRM/c call tracking systems and record outcomes accurately.
• Handle basic inbound inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Meet call volume and conversion targets while representing Ironclad Tech's values.
