Job summary

Cloud Rexpo is hiring Calling Agents to manage outbound and inbound calls for international clients from Rawalpindi. The role operates on the night shift as a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary of up to PKR 60,000.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, a confident communication style, and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets while maintaining CRM records and following scripts.

• Ability to manage objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software.

• Previous experience in a call center, telesales, customer support or BPO environment will be preferred.

Responsibilities
