Job summary

NeXcall Technologies in Lahore is seeking a Cold Calling Agent & Appointment Setter for a full-time, on-site role. You will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

You will follow call scripts, update CRM logs, hit daily targets, handle basic inquiries, gather information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up on confirmed appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and professional telephone etiquette.
• Sales and cold calling skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, persuasion, and appointment setting.
• Familiarity with dialer systems, CRM tools, call recording access, and accurate data entry.
• Good time management to handle high call volumes and meet KPIs.
• Customer service skills with patience and problem-solving.
• Experience in call centers or BPO is preferred; on-site in Lahore with full-time shifts.
• High school diploma required; business-related education is a plus.

Role Description

The Cold Calling Agent & Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The agent will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales or operations teams. Daily responsibilities include following call scripts, updating CRM or call logs, meeting call and appointment targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The role also involves handling basic customer inquiries, gathering and verifying information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up on confirmed appointments. The agent is expected to contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback from prospects and participating in performance review and training sessions.
