Qualifications

End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementations (3+ engagements) across roles such as Consultant / Lead / Architect.
Workshops with HR stakeholders to map requirements to Fusion functionality.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client needs and document setups.

Responsibilities

Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and extensions.
Support clients during test script execution and validation of configurations.
Lead migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to Production.
Communicate project deliverables and provide status/issue reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with dev team members on reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
