Job summary

Systems Ltd is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in HR and payroll processes. The role involves supporting end-to-end HCM implementations, configuring key HCM modules, and collaborating with business and technical teams on data migration and system integrations.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, MBA (HRMS), MPA, or CS Graduate, and at least two end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• MBA (HRMS), MPA, or CS Graduate.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR requirements and provide Fusion solutions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• MBA (HRMS), MPA, or CS Graduate.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Good understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Strong understanding of FBDI, data migration, and third-party integrations.
• Good working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC payroll experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand HR requirements and provide suitable Fusion solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, FBDI, data migration, and OIC integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
