Techsurge Private Limited is seeking an Oracle FLEXCUBE Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Karachi. The role requires hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE implementations and production support across core banking modules, working closely with business users and operations teams.

You will lead workshops, assist in design and configuration, coordinate data migration and testing, and ensure successful go-lives while providing ongoing production support and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
• Strong experience in production support and application maintenance projects.
• Experience in upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
• Experience interacting directly with business users, operations teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Banking domain experience in Retail and/or Corporate Banking.

Responsabilités

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and parameterize FLEXCUBE modules as per business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD), BRD, SDD, test cases, and deployment documents.
• Support data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Provide L2/L3 application support for FLEXCUBE environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes.
• Support EOD/BOD, batch monitoring, reconciliation, and operational activities.
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and issue resolution.
• Act as a Functional SME for FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules.
• Provide business process and product expertise to stakeholders.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Consulting

• Understanding of UNIX/Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle FLEXCUBE certification preferred.
• Experience in FLEXCUBE versions 12.x, 14.x, or above.
• Exposure to AML, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Middleware, and Payment Systems integration.
