Job summary

Metaviz in Lahore is seeking an operations coordinator to manage the daily information flow across AI and mobile app teams. You will compile concise daily digests for the founder, route client requests efficiently, and ensure tasks meet agreed standards before launch.

The role requires strong English, superb organisation, and the ability to chase updates calmly and persistently. Office-based, Pakistan time hours 1pm–10pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational ability; you notice missing due dates and chase them.
• Calm, persistent follow-up with peers to obtain updates without friction.
• Comfort with learning new tools: task boards, CRM, team chat, AI tools for drafting and organizing.
• At least one year of paid, full-time experience in operations, coordination, project support, or executive assistance.

Responsibilities

• Own the task board and collect daily updates from team leads, then produce a clear daily digest for the founder.
• Route incoming client requests to the right person and follow up to ensure completion.
• Run the Monday launch check before client go-live on Tuesday and verify completion to standard.
