Octus is seeking an Operations Specialist for FinDox to support day-to-day operations, manage our email notification service, documentation workflows, and virtual file organization, and handle support inquiries.

You will maintain data on FinDox, process high volumes of time-sensitive emails, ensure data quality and workflow consistency, organize digital files, and cover weekend operations to ensure continuous service.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Web savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with time-sensitive activities or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update data on FinDox (Octus’s loan document aggregation/compliance service)
• Process high volume of time-sensitive emails
• Ensure data quality and workflow consistency
• Organize virtual files and folders
• Cover weekend operations to ensure continuous service
