Job summary

Octus, a global credit intelligence provider, is seeking an Operations Specialist for FinDox to support daily operations, manage our email notification service, documentation processes, and virtual file organization.

You will handle high volumes of time-sensitive emails, ensure data quality and workflow consistency, and cover weekend operations to maintain uninterrupted service.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology.
• Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities (a plus).

The Operations Specialist role at FinDox is responsible for supporting the everyday operations of our company, including managing our email notification service, documentation processes, and virtual file organization, as well as handling support inquiries.
