Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and facilities services.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to administrative activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in administrative tasks.
• Supervise supporting staff to ensure effective execution of administrative tasks.
