Pintern is expanding its team and seeks a motivated individual to excel in customer interaction and organizational tasks. You will support customers and help daily operations run smoothly, with emphasis on verbal communication and relationship-building for sales.

Applicants based in Lahore will be favored. A BA/BS degree and experience in sales, customer service, or operations are preferred, and CRM use will be a daily requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu, particularly over the phone.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify potential customers and follow up on new inquiries to generate interest.
• Explain products and services clearly, address questions, and convert interest into sales or bookings.
• Manage team training sessions, schedules, availability and task assignments.
• Maintain communication with customers, handling changes, questions, or service-related issues promptly.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, business partners and local communities.
• Assist with targeted outreach activities and contribute towards achieving sales goals.
• Accurately record leads and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff members.
