Job summary

Dawlance in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team. You will coordinate with 3PL partners, sales teams, and dealers to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries, while maintaining compliance with SOPs and storage standards.

With 3–5 years of warehousing experience, you will perform stock audits, reconcile data, manage inventory discrepancies, and help produce regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehousing/logistics experience; 3PL exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse operators, Sales teams, and Dealers to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs, including proper storage, stacking, and handling of all SKUs.
• Monitor market fulfillment, sales commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution and resolution of pending dispatches and deliveries.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records in coordination with 3PL operators.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and dispatch-related issues through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain periodic warehouse and logistics performance reports covering inventory, dispatches, deliveries, and market fulfillment.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to ensure strict adherence to client SLAs. Perform any other work assigned by line manager.
