Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience supporting customer implementation and onboarding projects, preferably for SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Adept at building relationships and collaborating with all organizational levels.
• Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and project timelines for clients migrating from other software or new businesses.
• Facilitate personalized online product training tailored to each client’s needs.
• Keep clients informed on progress via email, phone, or web conferencing.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve onboarding issues and activities.
