• Ability to build rapport with coworkers and clients; strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and project timelines for clients transitioning from another software or starting fresh.
• Facilitate personalized online product training tailored to the client’s business needs.
• Keep clients informed on progress via email, phone, or web conferencing.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve onboarding-related issues.
• Promote and maintain WellnessLiving professionalism in all interactions.
