Job summary

Launchpad Innovations, part of the Plum Tree Group, seeks a Business Growth & Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations, client success, and growth initiatives in Karachi. You will collaborate with founders, sales, marketing, technical, HR, and client success teams to scale efficiently.

The role favors a proactive leader who can build SOPs, optimize processes, manage client accounts, and drive improvements across CRM, automation, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, client success, account management, or growth roles.
• Strong team management and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Experience with CRM, SaaS, marketing automation, or digital agency operations.
• Ability to manage clients, improve processes, and identify upsell/growth opportunities.
• GoHighLevel experience preferred; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools are a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate between sales, marketing, client success, technical teams and HR.
• Build, document SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and internal processes with HR.
• Manage client relationships, conduct regular check-ins, address concerns, ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and support internal teams by assigning responsibilities, tracking performance, and ensuring KPI accountability.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service delivery.
• Work with leadership to support growth strategy, expansion plans, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Support sales and marketing in improving lead generation, onboarding, and client acquisition.
• Ensure Launchpad’s CRM, automation, AI tools, workflows, and reporting features are used effectively by teams and clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities for Launchpad features, AI tools, and additional services.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client success, team performance, business growth, KPIs, and progress.
