Job summary

Oladoc in Lahore is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. You will lead paid campaigns, funnel improvements, and AI-powered automation to drive faster conversions and higher retention.

With 3–4 years in growth or digital acquisition, you will report to the CEO and work hands-on to scale initiatives, measure outcomes, and implement data-driven experiments while owning CAC, CPA, and ROAS metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years in growth, performance or digital acquisition.
• A track record of growth you personally drove, with numbers.
• Hands-on scaling on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong command of CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economics.
• Hands-on GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Everyday use of AI tools for marketing and automation.
• You execute the work yourself instead of handing it to agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the company growth plan with the CEO and map the full customer journey with prioritized experiments.
• Lead paid acquisition and campaigns for Google Ads and Meta Ads, scale what works and optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS.
• Analyze funnels to identify drop-offs and improve landing pages, sign-up flows and lead forms; build lifecycle programs across channels.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for reporting, creative production, research and personalization; set up dashboards and alerts.
• Own GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and attribution; build the growth dashboard the CEO uses.
• Turn performance data into sharp creative briefs and run structured testing to catch fatigue early.
