The role will involve strategically bidding on projects, tailoring proposals to client needs, and collaborating with teams to maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and bid on projects in branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and related areas on Upwork and other online portals
Strategically utilize Upwork to highlight expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and website design when bidding on projects
Tailor bids and proposals to match client needs, showcasing our company's unique services and industry-leading strategies
Collaborate with teams to align bids with business objectives and foster positive client relationships
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine bidding strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Create persuasive bids tailored to clients' needs, maximizing win rates and project success
Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, negotiations, and bid performance metrics to inform future bidding strategies
