Job summary

You will handle HR documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and admin tasks while working night shifts, on-site. 0–1 year experience is welcomed; a degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR documentation, data management, and employee records.
• Support recruitment coordination, scheduling, and onboarding activities.
• Communicate with the management team and ensure timely HR updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
• Perform general administrative duties and provide operational support.
