Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with manufacturing leaders at the Mega-Site in Phaltan, PSBU India. This on-site role requires crafting strategic workforce plans, leading change initiatives, and aligning HR priorities with business goals.

You will collaborate with plant leadership across PHP and CPG to drive talent strategies, leadership development, and organ- izational design, ensuring engagement and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in HR business partnering and strategic workforce planning.
• Role is on-site at Phaltan, India; five days on-site weekly.
