Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead end-to-end planning across materials, production, inventory, logistics, and demand management. You will drive improvements and align with the Cummins Operating System to meet internal and external customer requirements.

The role involves managing multi-location supply chain operations, optimizing KPI performance, and coaching teams to deliver cost-efficient, reliable supply chains in a hybrid On-site with Flexibility setup in India.

Qualifications

• Significant level of experience required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience leading multi-location supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across supply chain functions to ensure dependable performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with Cummins Operating System.
• Manage and coordinate cross-BU planning for intra-company alignment.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to guide corrective actions and improvements.
• Coach and develop staff, set goals, and support career planning.
