Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Supplier Portal help desk and user login credentials.
• Support Procurement org to resolve system IT issues.
• Ensure deadline-based work management with SLA adherence.
• Build scalable low-code/no-code solutions and dashboards.
• Identify process improvements and automate where possible.
• Document best practices and share improvements across teams.
