Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Pakistan is seeking a Project Coordinator (Logistics) to plan, coordinate, and track logistics projects to ensure timely material flow, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers, transporters, warehouse and production teams, while monitoring KPIs and driving cost optimization initiatives. On-site work is expected with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Minimal level of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities.
• Track on-time delivery and dispatch performance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, freight cost, inventory turn).
• Drive cost optimization initiatives (freight, packaging, handling).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse and production teams.
• Track project timelines, risks, and ensure closure of action items.
• Support inventory planning and control to avoid shortages/excess.
• Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and statutory norms.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
