Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a dynamic Employer Branding & Process Excellence Manager to support Talent Acquisition across India and the Pacific region.

The role will lead initiatives to strengthen our employer brand, enhance recruitment processes, advance technology and AI adoption, and deliver actionable talent insights across multiple markets. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, innovation, and candidate experience, partnering with stakeholders to shape the future of Talent

Qualifications

Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Operations, Process Improvement, HR Technology, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across India and the Pacific region.
Partner with Communications, HR, and business stakeholders to strengthen employer value proposition.
Manage employer brand presence across digital platforms, universities, and networks.
Drive continuous improvement of TA processes and standardize operations across markets.
Identify opportunities to adopt AI and innovative recruiting technologies across the lifecycle.
Support diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
Develop talent analytics dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
