Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience with inside sales, lead qualification and inbound opportunities.
• Strong communication, customer service and order processing skills.
• Ability to use CRM systems and collaborate with operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
