Job summary

The Catalyst Group is seeking an Events Coordinator in Lahore to oversee on-ground event operations from setup to execution. You will manage venue readiness, coordinate decor, lighting, and logistics while ensuring all internal teams align to plan and schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrive early at venues to oversee preparations and readiness.
• Coordinate on-ground setup including decor, staging, lighting, and signage.
• Track timely delivery of supplies and equipment to the venue.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics, procurement).
• Conduct venue checks to identify missing items and ensure resolutions.
• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain event checklists and document learnings for future events.
