Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Proficient in email copywriting and basic HTML for emails; strong visual layout skills.
• Ability to manage contact lists, segment audiences, and set up automated workflows.
• Skilled in analyzing campaigns, generating reports, and optimizing based on data.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, lead nurturing, funnels, and CRM integration.
• Familiar with CAN-SPAM and unsubscribe processes, and data privacy considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organization.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on multiple campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a tech or software environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
