Qualifications

• Strong written English and the ability to create concise, persuasive business emails.
• Understanding of email marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and follow-up practices.
• Prospecting and lead qualification skills, including researching potential customers and identifying business needs.
• Sales communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward an appropriate next step.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and email or CRM tools for organizing contacts and recording interactions.
• Ability to monitor open, response, and conversion indicators and apply findings to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities
