Qualifications

• Proven ability in B2B & B2C sales and building long-term client partnerships.
• Construction processes and building services knowledge (solar, HVAC, CCTV).
• Strong verbal and written communication with quotation presentation skills.
• Ability to manage pipelines, milestones, and basic data analysis or CRM usage.
• Understanding of Lahore’s construction and institutional sectors and field work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and pursue new business opportunities in construction and supplies.
• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations for clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to align proposals with project drawings.
• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and communicate milestones and deliveries.
• Support contract negotiations and maintain accurate sales records to drive revenue.
