Micron ERP is seeking a field sales representative to visit private schools across Punjab, build relationships with principals, demo our school management platform, and close on-ground deals. This is a full field role with no remote work.

Based in Punjab, you should have your own two-wheeler, fluent Punjabi, and a strong local network. You will travel daily to rural schools, onboard new institutions, coordinate with the onboarding team, and report progress to the founding team.

Qualifications

• Located in Punjab and able to travel on-ground to private schools
• Two-wheeler ownership and valid license required
• Fluent in Punjabi with good local district knowledge
• Minimum education: 12th pass; graduate preferred

Responsabilités

• Visit 8–12 private schools daily in assigned district and nearby villages
• Demo Micron ERP at schools and close deals on site
• Maintain daily field logs and update CRM with visit details
• Coordinate with onboarding team for smooth school setup after closure
