Job summary

Chai Vision is seeking an Omni Backend Associate to manage backend marketplace execution across Walmart (US/Canada), Target+, and Best Buy (US/Canada). You will handle product uploads, stock monitoring, and policy setup to keep listings accurate, in stock, and compliant with platform requirements.

This hands‑on, execution‑driven role requires attention to detail, proactive error‑spotting, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support omnichannel growth and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1–2+ years in eCommerce marketplace operations or backend catalog management.
• Hands-on experience with Walmart, Target+, or Best Buy seller platforms.
• Working knowledge of SellerCloud, Shopify, or similar catalog and inventory systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Upload and configure SKUs across Walmart, Walmart Canada, Target+, Best Buy US/CA.
• Ensure product details, pricing, stock, and attributes sync from Shopify and SellerCloud.
• Troubleshoot suppressed SKUs and unpublished items.
• Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts across platforms.
• Set up shipping, returns policies, and logistics parameters across platforms.
• Monitor backend alerts for violations and maintain account health.
• Run monthly returns reports and share analysis with management.
