Translation Empire is seeking a Finance Officer to manage budgets, prepare invoice reports, and ensure all financial transactions are compliant and ethical. Based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, the office-based role runs 10am–7pm with emphasis on accuracy, payroll support, and client accounts management.

Fresh graduates are welcome; English proficiency required. The position focuses on meticulous record-keeping and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process billing, oversee client accounts, and generate invoices.
• Prepare invoice reports and track outstanding timesheets.
• Compute payroll hours, identify under/overpayments, and forecast payroll.
• Maintain records and ensure legal and ethical financial transactions.
• Keep clients informed on deadlines and payments.
