Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is seeking an ERP specialist to manage and optimize its Odoo system. You will coordinate with internal teams, gather business requirements, and implement ERP solutions to improve efficiency.

The role involves monitoring performance, data quality, and supporting upgrades while training users and documenting processes. A strong ERP background and development exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience with Odoo functional modules and workflows.
• Some development knowledge (Python, XML, basic customization).
• Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL and basic ERP database concepts.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Odoo ERP system.
• Monitor system performance and resolve user issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather business requirements and implement ERP solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all ERP modules.
• Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Train end users on ERP processes and provide ongoing technical support.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with developers or external vendors for customization and bug fixes.
• Perform regular system audits, backups, and data validation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ERP best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
