Job summary

One Piece Consulting seeks an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to translate client requirements into effective Odoo configurations and guide ERP implementations across industries. You will interact with clients, gather requirements, and design processes within Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules.

The role emphasizes strong communication, training, and documentation skills to ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of core Odoo modules and standard business processes.
• Experience leading client-facing requirement gathering and training sessions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to fit client workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or custom development where standard Odoo functionality falls short.
• Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations, including data migration and UAT.
• Deliver training and documentation to client teams.
• Coordinate with technical developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
