Qualifications

• 3+ years in ERP implementation, with Odoo preferred.
• Solid business process mapping skills.
• Excellent English communication and cross-regional collaboration experience.
• Experience with training users and documenting SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to understand workflows and processes.
• Map business requirements to Odoo modules (Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
• Configure and customize Odoo functional flows.
• Train internal users and document SOPs.
• Support user acceptance testing and change management.
