PRG Pakistan is seeking a skilled ERP Technical Lead / Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Odoo-based ERP solutions. You will lead end-to-end development, customization, integration, and support to meet organizational needs and improve operations.

The role demands strong technical proficiency and leadership, with hands-on work on modules, workflows, APIs, and performance tuning, collaborating with functional consultants and software teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Odoo backend and frontend development (Python, PostgreSQL).
• Strong grip on Odoo ORM and XML views.
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, DevOps tools.

PRG is looking for a skilled and experienced ERP Technical Lead / Odoo Developer to join our expanding team. The candidate shall be helping with the design, development, and maintaining our ERP solutions using Odoo. This role requires both strong technical proficiency and the ability to lead projects and teams. They will see through the end-to-end development, customization, integration, and support of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring it meets organizational needs and enhances operational efficiency.
