Bricks Tech (Taraki) in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for the US and Canada. You will identify potential clients, reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in international B2B outbound sales, excellent English, and comfort engaging North American decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SDR or international B2B outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with US/Canada proficiency.
• Comfort with cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Experience selling to US/Canada markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in the US and Canadian markets.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Connect with HR leaders, recruitment managers, founders, and other decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos and discovery calls.
• Communicate the value of Taraki's recruitment technology and offshore services.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, authority, and fit.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach and improve conversions.
• Achieve monthly targets for outreach activity, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
