Job summary

Digital Hive Solutions in Lahore seeks an Experienced Cold Calling Executive to support our North American campaign. This on-site role requires 2–3 years in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telephone sales, targeting Canadian or US businesses.

You will engage business owners, present our website development and lead generation services, book qualified meetings, and work to meet strict calling and appointment targets from our Johar Town office, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in cold calling North America selling website development, lead generation, or IT services.
• Appointment setting or outbound telephone sales is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers across Canada and the United States.
• Identify prospects’ needs and explain relevant service offerings.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule sales meetings or demos.
• Confidently handle gatekeepers, objections, and follow-up conversations.
• Adapt calling scripts to prospects’ needs while maintaining a clear sales message.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules in CRM or tracking tools.
• Consistently meet agreed calling, qualified appointment, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion rates.
