Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural American-style phone delivery.
• 1-2 years of outbound phone sales experience with U.S. consumers, meeting sales targets and converting leads into enrollments.
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to confidently ask for a decision and guide next steps professionally.
• Proven ability to follow up with customers across multiple interactions and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based consumer leads and introduce the client's services.
• Engage customers with clear, confident, and conversational communication.
• Understand customer interest, timing, budget concerns, and enrollment barriers through questioning and listening.
• Explain program details, pricing, billing terms, offers, and enrollment process using approved information.
• Handle sales objections and guide customers toward the appropriate next step to enroll.
• Apply effective sales and closing techniques to convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Assist customers through registration and enrollment and coordinate handoffs when required.
• Manage leads, scheduled callbacks, follow-ups, and open opportunities; maintain records in CRM.
