Job summary

Interact Global in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an outbound sales specialist focused on the U.S. medical insurance market. You will perform outbound calls, qualify leads, and tailor insurance solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

This role emphasizes meeting daily and monthly targets and logging activities in CRM. Night shift 5:30 PM–2:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center environments.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, VoIP tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of U.S. health insurance policies preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lead lists and cold-calling techniques.
• Qualify prospects, assess needs, and recommend the most suitable medical insurance coverage.
• Explain plan benefits, coverage limitations, premiums, deductibles, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
• Record interactions, lead progress, and customer data in CRM accurately.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and other U.S. healthcare regulations.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team leaders, underwriters, and support staff to maximize customer satisfaction.
