Level 3 BOS is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead night shift IT infrastructure, operations, and end-user support. You will oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and security controls, while managing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure high availability and performance of systems.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of improving IT services in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or IT support.
• 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery with high system availability.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
