Job description

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, operations, and support services during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT teams, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of all technology systems, and driving continuous improvements across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Oversee daily IT operations, system administration, and service delivery while maintaining high availability of business-critical systems.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security across Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and other cloud platforms.
• Plan, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud environments.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT assets.
• Manage Windows Server environments, VMware, Hyper-V, virtual desktops, and remote access solutions.
• Supervise installation, configuration, and maintenance of firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers, wireless networks, and other network infrastructure.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented, monitor security threats, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate incident response activities.
• Manage structured cabling projects and coordinate with internet service providers, telecom vendors, and third-party technology partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation for IT infrastructure, system configurations, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve business efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Prepare IT budgets, manage technology procurement, and ensure cost-effective utilization of IT resources.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements and align IT solutions with organizational objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise networking, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless networks, VPNs, and network security.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, telecom infrastructure, structured cabling, and enterprise communication systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding English communication and documentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, ITIL, Azure Administrator, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide after-hours or on-call support when required.
