Cosmetique is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. You will oversee the website and marketplaces, implement strategies to boost sales, traffic, and conversions, and collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams.

You will analyze performance data, optimize product listings, pricing, and campaigns, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce Management
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in the skincare, beauty, healthcare, or retail industry will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversions
