Job summary

PsychPlus, a behavioral healthcare organization, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lahore to handle patient balances, process payments, and deliver outstanding service. The role requires strong verbal English and the ability to build rapport with patients over the phone, with training provided.

The position is full-time, onsite in Lahore, with a night shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT. Candidates with U.S.-based call center experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed A Levels is required.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience in U.S.-based voice campaigns preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lahore.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and payment options.
• Answer billing and payment questions from patients.
• Process patient payments using approved methods.
• Document patient interactions and payment activity in systems.
• Maintain records of payment arrangements and account updates.
• Follow established collection procedures and company policies.
• Escalate complex billing issues to internal teams.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
