Quality Resource Private Limited, a multinational digital marketing company, seeks a Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift) for our Lahore office. The role focuses on prospecting, outbound calling, customer retention, activation and upsell to clients. Ideal candidates are social, analytical, and proficient with new software, able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Salary slab ranges from Rs. 100,000 to Rs 200,000 base. Work hours are 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• 3-4 years proven experience in customer success and sales (Cold Calling).
• Excellent English communications skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask; proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client portfolios.
• Maximize value through upsell and cold calling; sustain growth.
• Analyze customer data to improve experience; hold product demonstrations.
• Improve onboarding processes; evaluate tutorials and comms infrastructure.
• Mediate between clients and the organization; resolve requests and complaints.
• Minimize customer churn; assist in product design and development.
