Job summary

Qubik International in Karachi is seeking call centre agents for its Gulberg Block 17 team. This is an on-site night-shift role for candidates who can communicate confidently in English and provide professional support to customers.

Freshers are welcome, and structured training will be provided. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound interactions, resolving routine concerns, recording details accurately, and meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation, active listening, and confident telephone etiquette.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and professional behavior.
• Ability to ask relevant questions, understand concerns, and provide suitable responses.
• Basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to use handling systems, customer records, and standard office applications after training.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting interactions.
• Ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced centre environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work regular night shifts.

Responsibilities
