Quantum Leap Billing (QL Billing) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our U.S. client base from our Islamabad office. This on-site role focuses on lead generation, outbound outreach, and building relationships with mental health providers.

You will research prospects, manage a structured pipeline, and meet targets for qualified meetings and opportunities. Evening/nightshift work is required (6:00 PM–2:00 AM PKT).

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, lead generation or client acquisition.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience using LinkedIn and CRM tools for prospect research and outreach.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities.
• Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Islamabad from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential clients, especially U.S. mental health clinics and healthcare providers.
• Generate and verify qualified leads through LinkedIn, directories, email prospecting, and other channels.
• Identify decision-makers such as physicians, practice owners, and billing managers.
• Conduct professional B2B outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
• Present QL Billing's medical billing and RCM services to prospects.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead/communication records in CRM.
• Prepare prospect lists, outreach reports, and weekly updates.
• Research market trends and opportunities in the U.S. healthcare outsourcing market.
• Meet agreed targets for verified leads, outreach, and qualified meetings.
