Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking an IT Support professional to join our Pakistan team. You will handle network and IT support tickets, administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, manage AD and VPN access, and maintain security across endpoints.

Responsible for backups, firewall upkeep, and asset documentation, you will partner with HR/Admin to onboard and offboard staff. You will ensure BitLocker encryption, monitor patching and access controls, and assist with security audits to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, network support, system administration, or security operations.
Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Fortinet, Sophos, or ITIL preferred.
Practical experience with AD, firewall management, cloud administration, backup verification, and endpoint security an advantage.
Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Understanding of VPN, endpoint security, BitLocker, patching, and backup processes.

Responsibilities

Resolve assigned network and IT support tickets within defined SLA and priority timelines.
Provide timely support for users related to network connectivity, system access, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, and other IT services.
Ensure personal queue tickets are monitored, updated, and closed with proper resolution notes.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups where required.
Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, licenses, and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Monitor and maintain cloud app security and access hygiene.
Create AD accounts, email accounts, network access, VPN access, and required permissions for new joiners on Day 1.
Disable leaver accounts and revoke access on exit day.
Update access records and coordinate with HR/Admin for joiner/leaver information.
Maintain firewall, routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
Monitor UniFi AP uptime, performance, and coverage across sites.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, routing, and firewall issues.
Ensure network uptime and performance per SLA.
Monitor and maintain assigned servers; perform health checks.
Execute and verify daily backups; report failures and take corrective action.
Ensure encryption of company assets with BitLocker and monitor compliance.
Support IT security audits and compliance reporting.
